WHILE WE ENCOURAGE IN-STORE RETURNS, PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT FOR ONLINE ORDERS, RETURNS ARE ONLY PROCESSED AT OUR BRANCH DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASONS. HOWEVER, WE DO ACCEPT EXCHANGE REQUESTS ONLINE.


EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

1) ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

2) THE ORIGINAL FULL PACKAGING MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED.

3) EXCHANGES MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER.

4) EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
